Usually, we have to help them overcome barriers and mindsets that came from tough experiences, peers or a general lack of confidence.

We do this through dedicated coaching and mentoring, helping people to shift their mindset so that they can unleash their potential.

Our alumni includes professional athletes, actors and actresses, musicians and young people who have grown up to be incredible adults.

Our team
Ricardo Erasmus
Founder & CEO

Ricardo Erasmus has over twenty year's experience working with youth across the UK, USA and South Africa.
​​
He worked with Sporting Marvels, led a Youth Programme for a large Cardiff-based organisation and has provided school services through Paradigm Shift for a number of years.
​
He has created a carefully designed, tailored programme that helps to get the best from all students - no matter their background, experiences, behavioural profile and current performance.
​
Ricardo is a sought after speaker for events, and has been featured on Changing Education Group, Radio Cardiff and other major media.

Sarah Parry
Sarah is the Headteacher of Llanishen High School, Cardiff. She has an excellent track-record in education and working with youth. Sarah is an excellent advisor to Paradigm Shift, helping us to add value to schools, parents and youth.

Dustin Rubio
Dustin has over 20 years experience as a Youth and Young Adults Worker. He has worked in communities across the USA and Wales, including Brooklyn, Harlem, Ohio and more. As well as the day to day coaching of young people, Dustin has hosted major events and podcasts for youth. He is a real asset to Paradigm Shift and we are delighted to have him on board.
Christopher Kerr
Christopher is an Executive at a law firm headquartered in The Shard, London. He is a consultant to senior leaders of non-profits, specialising in crisis leadership. Christopher is also a columnist for Sorted Men's Magazine, where he writes the 'New Dad Diaries' and other articles to help men become great men. The magazine recently published his article 'Father Figures' a special report into absent fathers, an issue he is very passionate about solving.
Brandon Truter
Brandon is a Youth Soccer Development Coach, and professional soccer coach in Cape Town, South Africa.

He is the Head Coach of Amazalu FC, the South African Premier League Club.

Brandon understands high-performers and athletes, working with them day-to-day to help them reach their highest potential.

Donna Ali
Donna Ali is the Founder and CEO of Be.Xcellence, a Cardiff based Community Interest Company. Their organisational aim is to contribute to raising the representation of Black, Asian and minority ethnic people in positions that hold power, by using a collaborative multi-layered approach. Donna is also a Radio Host on Radio Cardiff.
