I am delighted to be interviewing Yusuf Ibrahim this Friday on Radio Cardiff.
Yusuf is a senior leader in one of the largest colleges in the UK and serves on the board of the National Academy for Educational Leadership, supporting Welsh Government to reform education in Wales and develop future leaders. He is passionate about increasing representation from ethnic groups within organisations, especially within leadership position. He believes in ‘changing the tables of influence to change culture’ and providing underrepresented groups with a ‘platform for change’. Yusuf is also a prominent digital transformer and has worked at national level to implement changes in response to the pandemic.
We will be chatting about his new roles, Anti-Racism and also working for the National Academy for Educational Leadership.
Tune in!
